Log into your Dotmodretail account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid a restocking fee.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
